The following tickets are available:

Basic shared room ticket (€ 270,-)*

Our most affordable ticket with entry to our event for three days, meals included, a room shared with another Coach Camp participant. You can tell us in the question section if you have a preference for someone.

One person budget room ticket (€ 300,-)*

The hotel has a limited amount of top floor single rooms that we get for a reduced price. This ticket includes one of those rooms with all the benefits listed in the Basic shared room ticket. Be quick though as there are few (3) available.

One person room ticket (€ 345,-)*

This is a ticket which includes some of the regular single person rooms. We only have 4 of these. The ticket includes all the benefits of the other tickets.

Day ticket

(€ 165,-)* This is a ticket we offer for those who do not want to stay in the hotel. We can only offer this ticket for Saturday due to logistics reasons. The ticket includes access to the event on Saturday including the meals.

Food and drinks

The ticket price includes a generous supply of coffee, tea and fizzy drinks throughout the day, and also a number of tokens that we offer as part of the ticket price. The supply of tokens is limited, so choose your drinks wisely. In addition, you may purchase drinks on your own account at the hotel bar.

You can buy as many sponsor tickets as you want.
Obviously the level names are in jest. We appreciate EVERY level of sponsorship we get equally.

All sponsor tickets will go to our financial buffer to pay for things like pens, stickies, lanyards, conference room rent, event insurance, our website costs, our bank costs and general costs.

Enough financial buffer also means that we can keep our prices as low as possible.

We are a non profit foundation and have no income besides what is coming in through the ticket site.
